i feel like i need to watch the whole video but based on what i saw in the first 30 seconds, you know that specials can be increased beyond 10 right? so you can start at 10 strength and then get the bobblehead and itll be 11. its not like 3 or new vegas where the stats are hidden. in fact at a certain point in End, i think about 21, you no longer lose points while sprinting
